Production Operators

Location: Coedely / Llantrisant

Shift Pattern will alternate between 6:00am – 2:00pm AND 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Night shifts may also be available

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, fast-paced production environment, working as part of a team involved in the manufacturing, bottling and packing of a range of consumer products.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and flexible individuals who are comfortable working within a busy production environment and, importantly, are able to work across a variety of shifts so flexibility is essential.

The Role

As a Production Operator, your duties may include:

Working on fast-paced production and bottling lines
Operating and monitoring production machinery
Feeding products and packaging materials onto production lines
Packing, labelling and preparing finished products
Carrying out basic quality checks throughout the production process
Checking products for defects and ensuring they meet required standards
Completing production paperwork where required
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
Following all site Health & Safety, hygiene and quality procedures
Working closely with other Production Operators and Shift Supervisors to achieve daily production targets
Supporting across different areas of production when required

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within production, manufacturing, FMCG, food & drink, bottling, packing or a similar environment would be advantageous, although we are also interested in reliable candidates who are keen to learn.

Successful candidates will need to:

Be fully flexible across the required shift patterns
Be comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment
Have a good attitude towards attendance and timekeeping
Be able to follow instructions and site procedures
Work well as part of a team
Have good attention to detail
Be comfortable with a role that can involve repetitive and physical duties
Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and Health & Safety

Registration & Induction

All successful candidates will be required to complete a full registration and face-to-face induction with JDR Recruitment prior to starting.
