Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer with a background in joinery, woodworking, furniture or bespoke products? JDR Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client manufactures high-quality bespoke products and, due to continued demand, they are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer who takes pride in producing a high-quality finish.

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you’ll be responsible for spraying and finishing a range of wooden and joinery products, working on a variety of bespoke pieces and ensuring all products meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Spray painting and finishing wooden and joinery products.

• Preparing surfaces ready for spraying.

• Mixing and applying paints and finishes.

• Working on a variety of bespoke and made-to-order products.

• Producing a consistently high-quality and professional finish.

• Carrying out quality checks throughout the spraying and finishing process.

• Following all relevant health and safety procedures.

• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer.

• Experience spraying wood, timber or joinery products.

• Experience within furniture, cabinetry or bespoke manufacturing would be advantageous.

• Confident using spray equipment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• A strong eye for quality and finish.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, hardworking and committed approach.

What’s on Offer?

• Up to £16.50 per hour, depending on experience.

• Temp to Perm position

• Monday to Friday day shifts

• Flexible start and finish times

• Start anytime between 7:00am and 7:30am

• Finish anytime between 3:30pm and 4:00pm

• Immediate start available
