Manufacturing Operative

Job Title: Manufacturing Operative
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hours per week (07:00am – 15:45pm and a 13:00pm on a Friday)
Location: Horwich

Do you have experience of operating within a manufacturing environment? Are you experienced in supporting the assembling and processing of goods? JDR Recruitment are currently supporting one of our key clients in Horwich and this could be a perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:
– Supporting a team within the paint plant area of the manufacturing facility
– Placing components on a track for powder coating
– Removing components from the track once complete
– Touching up the components where required to ensure quality of product
– Readying the components for processing
– Completing all preparation responsibilities
– Supporting in the packaging of goods when they are ready for dispatch

The Candidate:
– Strong and reliable work ethic
– Ability to commute to site for a 7am prompt start
– 1 year experience within a manufacturing / production environment
– Willingness to complete further duties when required
