We are looking for Production Operatives to join our ever expanding manufacturing Client. You will play an important role in producing high-quality Commercial & Domestic products.

You will work as part of a team to operate machinery, follow production processes and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

What you will be doing:

  • Safely operate production machinery and plant
  • Manufacture high-quality products
  • Follow production procedures and work instructions accurately
  • Carry out a range of manual production tasks
  • Complete production and quality records accurately
  • Monitor the production process and help maintain product quality
  • Identify and report machinery or production issues and help find solutions
  • Help keep machinery and equipment running efficiently
  • Work towards achieving daily production targets
  • Work closely with colleagues and technical staff as part of a production team
  • Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards
  • Maintain good attention to detail and ensure processes are followed correctly
  • Take part in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Basic machine operation and control skills
  • An understanding of quality control and inspection
  • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment
  • Good basic maths and measurement skills
  • Good written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy and the ability to complete basic computer-based tasks and records
