About the Role

JDR Recruitment is currently seeking three Night Shift Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment within the Router Department. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to secure long-term, stable employment with consistent night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery within the router department
• Sanding and finishing materials to required quality standards
• Loading and offloading machines efficiently and safely
• Ensuring smooth workflow across the production line
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures

The Person

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
• Comfortable working with machinery and manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
• Good team player with a positive attitude

Shift Pattern

• Monday – Thursday: 18:00 – 04:30
• Friday: 15:30 – 21:15

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour
• + £1.61 per hour night shift allowance
