JDR Recruitment is currently recruiting Packers on behalf of a well-established distribution and fulfilment business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse team where you’ll play an important role in preparing customer orders for dispatch. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, a good eye for detail and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Please note: Due to the role requiring work between the client’s Baglan and Swansea sites, applicants must have reliable transport to travel between both locations when required.

Before starting with our client, all successful applicants will be required to:

• Attend a face-to-face registration with JDR Recruitment.
• Complete a site induction before commencing work.

Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay

• £13.45 per hour
• Weekly pay

The Role

• Packing finished products to a high standard
• Checking items for quality before dispatch
• Labelling and preparing orders for shipment
• Working as part of a friendly warehouse team
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
