About the Role

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production output. You’ll be responsible for powder sieving, blending, and packing processes-helping deliver consistent, high-standard products.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Following standard operating procedures to ensure smooth production processes
• Carrying out powder sieving, blending, and packing to required specifications
• Performing in-process quality checks (particle size distribution)
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness to prevent contamination
• Supporting daily production targets and team KPIs
• Identifying process improvements and reporting maintenance needs
• Ensuring safe working practices and environmental compliance at all times

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Basic IT skills and attention to detail
