Production Operative

We are looking for a Production Operative to join a highly reputable client of ours in Taunton

Salary: £13.71 an hour

Location: Taunton, Somerset

Immediate start

Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm (Weekly rotating)

Temporary to permanent contract

JDR is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in a manufacturing site in Taunton, Somerset.

Role Responsibilities: As a Production Operative you will be working within a manufacturing environment and your duties will be as follows:

• Using machinery to produce goods
• Carry out minor maintenance required on machinery and equipment
• Quality check products to ensure they meet company standards
• Complete documentation regarding products and suggest improvements where possible
• Meet production targets accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
As a Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

• Start immediately and are looking for long term work
• Attention to detail
• High level of dexterity
• Basic literacy & numeracy skills
• Previous production experience
• Comfortable working in a noisy environment
