JDR Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives to provide ad hoc shift cover for an established food production business in Belfast.

This would suit candidates looking for flexible work and additional shifts, with opportunities offered depending on production requirements, holidays and absence cover.

The Role

Working as part of a busy production team, duties will include:

• Supporting day-to-day production activities
• End-of-line and offline packing
• Carrying out production and blending tasks once trained
• Completing basic checks on packed products
• Identifying and isolating defective products
• Working closely with Production, Warehouse and Engineering teams
• Following food hygiene and Health & Safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

What We’re Looking For

Previous food production experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential. We’re particularly interested in people who are reliable, flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

You must be able to work 6:00am-4:30pm shifts and be available for work on an ad hoc basis, sometimes at relatively short notice.
