Production Operator – Immediate Starts Available

We are currently recruiting Production Operators on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in the Ammanford area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term employment and the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.

As a Production Operator, you will be involved in the manufacture, finishing and repair of specialist products within a busy production environment.

Duties will include:

• Trimming and finishing manufactured products using hand tools
• Repairing minor defects and carrying out quality rework where required
• Sanding, grinding and preparing products to customer specifications
• Conducting visual quality inspections
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience using hand tools would be advantageous
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
