Stock Controller

We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join our growing client in the Taunton area

£28,000 per annum

Immediate start

Previous experience essential

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm

Permanent contract

JDR is recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Stock Controller to join a client of ours in the Taunton area

The role:

As a Stock Controller your duties will be as followed:

• Supervise the receiving of goods ensuring that they match the purchase orders

• Act as primary point of contact for anything stock related

• Continually look for ways to improve the current stock processes

• Ensure proper stock rotation and storage

• Track reorder point ensuring you’re maintaining minimum stock levels
  

About you:

As a Stock Controller you will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a stock controller role

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment

• Experience using inventory software or ERP systems

• Experience leading stock counts
