Weekend Bank Staff Advisor – Resource Planner
Stockport – £13.10 per hour
Shifts 8am-8pm | Working Saturday & Sunday
Temporary to Permanent – 12 weeks

We’re recruiting a Weekend Bank Staff Advisor to join our busy and friendly Resourcing Team based in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fast‑paced admin work, problem‑solving, and delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in ensuring services across the organisation are fully staffed by coordinating bank and agency cover, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a main point of contact for bank staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Booking and coordinating shift cover using internal systems
• Maintaining accurate computerised records and staff availability
• Liaising with managers, bank staff, and preferred agencies
• Providing high‑quality customer service via phone, email, and app
• Supporting new bank staff registrations and compliance checks

Hours & Flexibility

• Weekend work: Saturday & Sunday, on a shift basis working 8am-8pm

• Optional extra hours: Opportunity to pick up 1 weekday shift if desired

What we’re looking for –

• Strong admin and IT skills (MS Office essential)
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask and work calmly under pressure
• A positive, flexible, and team‑focused approach

Previous experience in administration or a customer‑facing role is essential; experience within social care or resourcing is desirable but not required.
