He brings a unique background, transitioning to recruitment after a successful seven-year career as a professional rugby player for Newport Town. Carwyn spent two years as a Recruitment Consultant before joining JDR. His goal is to build trusted partnerships and grow JDR’s presence across South Wales by delivering consistently high service.
