With over 16 years of recruitment expertise and a 19-year background in Retail Operations and HR, Mark brings a wealth of hands-on leadership experience to the business. He’s passionate about delivering a positive experience for every candidate and is committed to building transparent, honest partnerships with clients. Mark will be supporting clients across the Midlands, South East, Oxfordshire, South West and South Wales, specialising across multiple sectors including Commercial and Professional Services, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics and FMCG.

With almost a decade of experience in the industrial recruitment market, Hannah developed strong local knowledge across South Wales. Having worked as both a Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager, her roles have always focused on building and maintaining long-term client partnerships. That relationship-led approach is what she’s most passionate about, and it’s what drove her to bring her experience to the JDR family.

Natalie brings over 17 years of senior recruitment experience to her role as Operational Development Manager for South Wales. A specialist in business development and large-scale contract mobilisation, she has a proven track record of managing high-volume sites and professional branch teams. Natalie is dedicated to finding the perfect cultural fit for her clients through honest communication and a people-first approach, ensuring that every worker is treated with respect and every client receives an exceptional service.
