ASSEMBLY OPERATOR – MORNING SHIFT

Location: Carmarthenshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Start: Immediate starts available following successful on-site interview

JDR Recruitment are recruiting Assembly Operators on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in the Carmarthenshire area.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join the morning shift, working Monday to Friday from 6:00am until 2:00pm.

This is an ongoing position with temp-to-perm opportunities available for candidates who perform well and demonstrate good attendance and reliability.

THE ROLE

Working within a busy manufacturing environment, duties will include:

• Assembly of products and components

• Using basic hand and power tools where required

• Working across different areas of production and assembly

• Handling and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process

• Carrying out basic quality checks

• Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

• Following all site Health & Safety procedures

HOURS OF WORK

Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm.

During peak periods, there may also be opportunities to work additional overtime on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on business requirements.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience within manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse or a similar hands-on environment would be beneficial.

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping

• Comfortable with physical and manual work

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Willing to learn and work across different areas when required

• Looking for ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent

INTERVIEW AND START

Successful applicants will be required to attend a short face-to-face interview on site.

Immediate starts are available following a successful interview.
