JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to work at a distribution centre based in Worcester, WR4

Cleaning Supervisor

  • Team Supervision:
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3 other cleaning staff.
    • Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance.
    • Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
    • Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing support.
    • Manage staff attendance, rotas, holidays, and sickness.

    Cleaning Operations

    • Ensure all warehouse, office, canteen, washroom, and locker room areas are cleaned to required standards.
    • Carry out regular inspections and quality checks.
    • Ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time.
    • Respond to urgent cleaning requirements, spillages, and incidents.
    • Operate cleaning machinery when required.

    Working Monday – Friday 2pm-10pm

    £13.71 per hour

    Temporary to Permanent
