CNC Operator

Are you an experienced CNC Milling Operator looking for a stable dayshift role within a well‑established and supportive machine shop? Our client based in Cupar is expanding their team and looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join their growing operation.

About the Role

As a CNC Operator, you’ll play a key part in delivering high‑quality machined components using modern CNC milling equipment. You’ll be working with a friendly and experienced team, contributing to smooth production flow and ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating CNC milling machines safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading parts and materials
• Working with Mazak machines and Mazatrol controls
• Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings
• Ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the machining process
• Fitting seamlessly into an established machine shop environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a CNC Milling Operator
• Good understanding of CNC machining processes
• Mazak / Mazatrol experience is highly desirable
• CNC programming experience is not required
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
