Counterbalance FLT Driver – Leeming Bar

£13.45 per hour – weekly pay

Monday to Friday, 5:45am-2:15pm

We are currently recruiting for a FLT Driver to join our food manufacturing client in the Bedale area. Successful candidates will be experienced operating an FLT in a busy production environment. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, we’re looking for a committed individual who wants to secure a long term role.

The ideal candidate will have counterbalance and reach licences, however we can accept just counterbalance for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing –

  • Using a forklift to move materials around the site
  • General operative duties within the food production factory
  • Keeping the factory clean and tidy at all times
  • Delivering materials between sites
  • Responsible for the performing daily equipment checks

What we’re looking for –

  • Must have at least a counterbalance FLT licence, preferably counterbalance and reach
  • Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in food production is desirable but not essential
  • Able to work in a busy environment and meeting targets

Hours of work –

  • Monday to Friday, 5:45am-2:15pm
