Customer Service Advisor

Denton – M34

£13.33 per hour, weekly pay

We are recruiting for an exciting Customer Service Advisor role in Denton, the successful candidate will be based on site and working full time hours. This is an ongoing temporary assignment what offers the potential to go permanent depending on business needs.

Free parking is available on site and no shift work/weekends are required!

Hours of work –

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

What you’ll be doing –

  • Handling inbound calls from customers
  • Resolving a variety of queries to a high standard
  • Providing a supportive and empathetic service
  • Updating customer records accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints

What we’re looking for –

  • Previous experience within a telephone customer service/contact centre role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate and confident using a variety of IT systems
  • Ability to empathise with customers
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment

Interviews are taking place now with a view to start either 21st/28th September. This is an ongoing temporary role with potential to go permanent depending on business requirements.
