Location: Bradford | Hybrid Working Available After 6 Months
Salary: Starting Salary of £27,417 per annum| Increasing to £31,942 per annum
Start Dates: October and November

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• A day off in lieu for weekend working

About the Role

• Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone
• Resolving billing and account enquiries efficiently and accurately
• Supporting customers with payment plans and financial assistance options
• Updating and maintaining customer records
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs
• Working towards service, quality, and performance targets

About You

We’re looking for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Essential skills and experience:

• At least 6 months’ customer service experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Strong empathy and customer focus
• Good IT skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Desirable experience:

• Contact centre experience
• Billing or customer account management experience
• Negotiation and influencing skills
