We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive, to help look after and manage a key client, for our client in South Bristol.

Days: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (early finish on a Friday)

Salary: circa £30,000

Location: Bristol

Immediate start
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the intention to progress to permanent.

JDR is recruiting for a Key Account Manager with excellent Customer Service skills to work in a Manufacturing and distribution environment in South Bristol.

The role:

  • You will be looking after a couple of very busy key accounts
  • Working with raw material requirements to be processed and passed to procurement
  • Checking/counting finished goods
  • Support stores with updated daily information.
  • Strong communication required,

About you:

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Strong communicator
  • 1 year Customer service experience required (ideally within a Production / Manufacturing based organisation)
  • Excellent IT
