Full-time, office based. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday rota between 09:00-17:30)

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, strategic HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll:

  • Provide expert advice on complex HR and employee relations matters
  • Lead and resolve challenging workplace issues with confidence and care
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that make a real difference
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
  • Contribute to senior-level discussions, shaping HR strategy and direction

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who combines strong HR expertise with a people-first mindset:

  • At least 3 years’ HR experience, including management responsibilities
  • Experience working within organisations of 50+ employees
  • CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (or currently working towards)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
