We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join our food manufacturing client in the Leeming Bar area. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity so it’s a fantastic way to get your foot in the door with a well-established business of over 40 years!

This is night shift role, working Monday to Friday 9:30pm-6am. This is a temp to perm opportunity so you’ll be paid weekly at first via the agency.

What you’ll be doing –

• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitising of all production areas, equipment and work spaces
• Ensure compliance with food and safety hygiene
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in line with company standards
• Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations of the facility

What we’re looking for –

• Previous experience within a hygiene role, experience in a food factor environment would be beneficial
• Previous experience with cleaning chemicals
• Ability to manage your own workload
• Confident working in an environment with deadlines to achieve
• Positive and proactive attitude
