Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 5:30pm

JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a School Cleaner to work at a school in Shustoke, B46.

This is an ongoing vacancy, covering an open position, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout the school, including classrooms and communal areas.

Duties will include:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas

• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and other facilities

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately

• Following cleaning schedules and school procedures

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Working safely and responsibly within a school environment

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday

• 3:00pm – 5:30pm

• £13.85 per hour

• Ongoing work

• Immediate start available

Requirements

An Enhanced DBS with Child Workforce is essential for this role.

You must also have your own transport and be able to drive, as there is no public transport available to the site.

Previous cleaning experience is preferred, particularly within a school, education or similar environment, although applicants with relevant cleaning experience will be considered.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, conscientious and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
