£12.71 per hour

Full time hours – 37.5 hours per week

Ongoing temporary role

We are currently recruiting for a customer service role, working remotely on behalf of an outsourcing client. This is an ongoing temporary role with potential opportunities to secure a permanent contract so it’s a great chance to get your foot in the door!

Hours of work –

• 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Sunday, 8am-8pm
• 5 out of 7 days working rotational shifts

Work from home requirements –

• Must have a Windows 11 or later device
• Macbook/Apple products cannot be used
• Must have a wired headset
• Quiet location with a desk to work from

What you’ll be doing –

• Handling inbound calls from customers
• Resolving queries and complaints to a high standard
• Updating customer records accurately and efficiently
• Comfortable to resolving a variety of queries
• Providing an excellent level of customer service

What we’re looking for –

• Previous experience in a customer service role – call centre, retail, hospitality
• Able to commit to full time training before moving to part time hours
• Must have your own laptop and headset to work from home
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
• Excellent communication skills
