Parts Sales Advisor – Engineering / Automotive Sector

We are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the engineering and automotive sector to recruit a Parts Sales Advisor to join their team.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling parts enquiries and supporting sales activity across multiple channels, including phone, email, and trade counter. The role will involve working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service and efficient processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Process parts orders accurately using internal systems
• Identify customer requirements using parts catalogues and stock systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure all documentation and order details are accurate and up to date
• Support the achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives
• Assist in sourcing parts and identifying cost-effective solutions
• Work closely with internal departments to support ongoing projects
• Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a parts, automotive, or engineering environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office systems
• Proactive and team-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
