Store Manager (Retail Environment)

Location: Bristol, BS4
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 basic + up to £3,000 achievable commission

What You’ll Be Doing

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the site, with a strong focus on team engagement and customer satisfaction.

Your role will include:

• Coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit sales and service targets
• Monitoring performance data and acting quickly to improve results
• Driving new business, upselling services, and managing existing customer accounts
• Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, including store standards, security, and key‑holder duties
• Managing lettings, merchandise sales, and follow‑up of customer enquiries
• Handling payments and supporting credit control processes

You’ll lead from the front, setting the tone for professionalism, energy, and service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a strong people manager who thrives in a customer‑focused environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer‑facing sales, retail, or hospitality role
• At least 2 years’ experience managing or leading a team
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with targets and KPIs
• Solid IT skills, including Microsoft applications
• Flexibility to work a rota covering weekdays and weekends
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
